What you should know

1. How is the website created?

I work exclusively with Webflow, a modern web design platform that combines creative freedom with easy maintenance. Using it, I build websites that not only look professional but are also technically precise and designed to function reliably in the long term.

2. Can existing websites be migrated to or redesigned in Webflow?

Yes. I can completely rebuild your existing website in Webflow or modernize it as part of a redesign. I’ll transfer your content, optimize it if needed, and create a modern, well-structured, and visually appealing design - tailored specifically to your business or profession.

3. What do I need to provide or do for my website?

To create a cohesive result, I’ll need information about your business, your services, and any existing materials such as your logo, text, or images. The content will be developed in close collaboration with you - you provide the professional direction, while I handle the concept, design, and technical implementation.

If you don’t yet have all the text or image content you need, I’m happy to help. I can also use modern tools and AI (if desired) to create unique and tailored content. At the start, I may also need access details for your existing website or domain.

4. Can news or other dynamic content be integrated into the website?

Yes. I can add dynamic content sections such as blog posts, news, projects, or events, tailored to your needs. For this, I use Webflow’s built-in CMS, which allows these types of content to be displayed in a structured way and easily managed. This keeps your website flexible and always up to date - perfect for businesses that regularly publish new content.

5. Can I manage content myself, and is there support after the launch?

After your website goes live, you have two options:

1. Ongoing support via my Webflow account

- I take care of all technical aspects, updates, and maintenance, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
- Minor edits and updates are included in a fixed monthly fee.
- For larger changes or new features, I’ll inform you beforehand and bill based on the time required.
- Note: You won’t have direct access to the site - all changes are handled through me.

2. Independent management via your own Webflow account

- You receive full access and can edit content such as text, images, or blog posts yourself.
- You pay Webflow’s fees directly to Webflow.
- For new features, design adjustments, or support, I charge based on the time spent.
- To ensure you’re comfortable, I’ll provide a short training session on how to use Webflow and update your content.
- Important: You are fully responsible for all content you provide (text, images, videos, etc.) and must ensure you hold the necessary rights for everything you publish.

6. Do you offer training for managing the website independently?

Yes. If you choose to manage your website through your own Webflow account (see Question 5, Option 2), I’ll provide a personalized training session - either in person or via video. In this session, I’ll walk you through, step by step, how to edit content such as text, images, or blog posts. This way, you’ll have all the knowledge you need to confidently manage and maintain your website on your own.

7. What ongoing costs should I expect after the website goes live?

After launch, there will be ongoing costs for hosting and, if needed, for any external services. Webflow hosting typically ranges from about €14 to €40 per month, depending on the plan you choose.

You can find detailed information on Webflow’s pricing here: Webflow Hosting Plans

Additional costs may apply if your website is multilingual or uses specific integrations or third-party services.

8. Do you also offer online shops or e-commerce projects?

No. At the moment, my focus is on business websites, portfolios, and CMS-based sites. I currently don’t offer full e-commerce solutions.

9. How long does it take to build a website?

The timeline depends on the scope of the project and my current workload. Smaller websites are typically completed within 6 to 8 weeks, while larger projects with many pages or special features usually take around 10 to 16 weeks.

After the initial briefing, I’ll create a detailed schedule. A smooth and efficient process is easiest when you provide content on time and give feedback promptly.

10. How much does a custom website cost?

Most projects range between €5,000 and €25,000. The exact price depends on the scope, number of pages, and the features you need. Once I know your requirements, I’ll provide you with a tailored quote - transparent, fixed, and with no hidden costs.
